If this Pokemon has no item, it steals the item off a Pokemon it hits with an attack. Does not affect Doom Desire and Future Sight. If multiple targets are hit by an attack the item is stolen from the fastest Pokemon, while considering the effect of Trick Room and prioritizing opposing Pokemon before allies.
